KNP Complex Fire Updates

Due to the nearby KNP Complex Fire, we have temporarily closed our lodging, retail, and food services at Sequoia and Kings Canyon. These closures will be re-evaluated as conditions change. Sequoia National Park is temporarily closed to the public. Developed areas in Grant Grove remain open, but Cedar Grove and all wilderness areas are currently closed, and air quality impacts are likely. Check the air quality at https://fire.airnow.gov.

Kings Canyon Reservations:

John Muir Lodge and Grant Grove Cabins are currently closed through September 30. Cedar Grove Lodge is now closed for the remainder of the season. The Big Stump Entrance (Highway 180) out of Fresno is open, and Grant Grove is accessible. However, all facilities and services are currently closed.

Sequoia Reservations:

Sequoia National Park, the Highway 198 entrance, and our lodging at Wuksachi Lodge are currently closed through September 30. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Reservations Office at 866-807-3598.

For more information on closures and air quality, please visit the official National Park Service website.
