The Peaks Restaurant is Wuksachi Lodge's premiere dining venue. With a focus on fresh, local, sustainable, and organic ingredients, our culinary team specializes in serving top quality food here at Sequoia National Park.
With soaring picture windows framing mighty trees and majestic mountain vistas, The Peaks Restaurant® fuses rustic and rough-hewn design with gracious service in a setting that strikes a perfect balance of easy elegance.
The Wuksachi culinary team is renowned for creating menus that showcase California’s bounty of fresh, local and seasonal cuisine. In addition, our staff can accommodate guests with special dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and low-carb menu options. Our youngest guests can also enjoy a Sequoia dining experience designed just for them by ordering from our separate children's menu. We have increased the variety on the menu and expanded options for those who are gluten intolerant, vegetarian & Vegan. The menu is Mediterranean influenced, with many fresh items from the central valley and Three rivers. We are featuring Flora Bella farms on a few dishes including our starter, baked brie. This one is served with James Birch's Santa Rosa Plum Jam.
Throughout the day, our culinary team dishes up delectable cuisine. Our bountiful breakfast buffet (served seasonally) features a wide range of hot and cold options to help our guests fuel up for the day of national park exploration ahead. Lunch is an array of fresh, hearty soups, sandwiches, and salads. Dinner menus reveal fully our Sequoia restaurant's signature Sierra Alpine cuisine, featuring dishes such as Grass-Fed New York Strip Steak, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, and Vegan Tamales.
Guests at our Sequoia restaurant can also enjoy a full bar featuring specialty mountain-themed cocktails and an extensive wine list.
