At Wuksachi Lodge we are dedicated to preserving the environment and minimizing our impact on natural resources. In keeping with our GreenPath® initiative, we encourage you to make your next meeting a Green Meeting! Here are just a few suggestions on how you can help.
Encourage your attendees to carpool if arriving by auto, or coordinate travel via van or bus.
Instead of distributing paper handouts, use audio/visual presentations and other electronic media.
If you do use paper handouts, use recycled paper and print on both sides of the page. To go the extra mile, use a soy or vegetable-based ink.
Conserve energy by turning off lights, climate control, and audio/visual equipment when meetings are not in session. Encourage your attendees to follow these same practices when not in their guestrooms.
Recycle used paper, plastic, metal, and glass products rather than throwing them away.
