The Wuksachi Lodge Dining Room

Open year round, the Wuksachi Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.  As the premier dining destination in Sequoia National Park, the restaurant menus easily accommodate a variety of palates and appetite sizes.

With soaring glass windows that frame giant trees and majestic mountain peaks in the background, the restaurant combines an upscale, rustic decor with a blend of forest-inspired colors to create a setting that is at once cozy and elegant.  Led by Executive Chef Jaime Rigau, the Wuksachi culinary team is renowned for a menu that is rich in earth-friendly foods, utilizing fresh, local, and seasonal food products.

A bountiful breakfast buffet (served seasonally) is a popular choice for guests building energy for a day of active recreation.  During the afternoon, when people are on the go, casual dining reigns, with hearty soups, sandwiches and salads as the primary lunch offerings.  Evenings, the Wuksachi Lodge culinary team serves up fine Sierra alpine cuisine such as Pan Seared Red Mountain Trout with Organic Basmati Rice and Caper-White Wine Sauce, Charbroiled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Cabernet Sauvignon Demi-Glaze, or Juniper Crusted Duck Breast with Cognac Mashed Butternut Squash and Orange - Frangelico Sauce.  For lighter eaters, there are several vegetarian options as well as a compelling selection of homemade soups, salads, and pastas.

A full bar featuring specialty mountain themed cocktails and extensive wine list complements the Wuksachi dining experience.

The Wuksachi Lodge Dining Room is open seven days a week, year-round, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Dinner prices range from $8.75-$32.75 and a separate children's menu is offered.

    Testimonials

“We love coming to Sequoia National Park in the winter.  The room rates, gorgeous location, and the fact that it is not crowded are what attract us.  We travel from San Clemente, and pass other mountain resorts along the way, but go the extra distance to enjoy the National Park.  I recommend the Wuksachi Lodge to everyone!”
